Peer Review Process To uphold the highest academic integrity and ensure the relevance of published works, every submitted manuscript undergoes a strict double-blind peer review process. Independent expert reviewers and scholars in public administration evaluate submissions based on their conceptual originality, methodological rigor, analytical depth, and practical impact on public governance. The identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain strictly confidential throughout the evaluation process.

Mission Statement: The mission of JTKIP is to advance governance scholarship and promote evidence-based public innovations. By bridging the gap between innovative theoretical frameworks and real-world administrative practices, the journal aims to inspire progressive institutional transformations, elevate public service standards, and contribute to the creation of more resilient, transparent, and responsive public governance systems.
